Go long on realty/banks
Worst of the subprime crisis and interest rate/inflations fears are already PRICED In. A few crr hikes here and there won't really kill the liquidity entirely and the impact on banks' net interest margins is expected to be around 6bp (emkay report).
So there is only one way to go: up
funda picks albk 84-170
axis bank 944-1200
boi 333-425
icicibank 901-1600
uinon bank 163-240
Rbi meeting is done and we got a nice breakout yesterday in bank nifty and bse realty.
Watch for breakouts some have happened some will happen soon
bank nifty is still 40% below the all time highs!! within 1, 2 years max those highs will most likely get tested again.
Short term even if its a pullback 50-62% retrace of the entire fall is easy. stronger banks have have already done those pullbacks.
Realty : hdil, omaxe, purvankara, ivrprime.
Short term 10-20% easy on breakouts. for investors maybe even 100% with a 2-3 year timeframe.
Most of these stocks are trading around 50% of nav based on funda reports which I saw in feb. Will post details if I get time later.
Simply don't have a lot of time these days
Trading takes up 6 hours
trading prep takes up 1 hour
gym takes 2 hours
cat prep is another 2 hours
and I'm also supposed to squeeze in 1-2 hours of cardio which hasn't been working out lately.
6 pack is not quite done. It'll take a lot longer to get all the way up to a Hrithik Roshan standard six pack. If I wanna go the SK way then I guess I just gotta drop another 5 kilos, but I'm not a big fan of the ESP look (emaciated six pack)

why dont u try HET instead of 1-2 hrs of cardio ?
I meant HIT (high intensity training)
HIT=do a lot of lifting with very few breaks?
i use HIT for cardio (running is my choice) It has had great results for me.
Read burn the fat feed the muscle book. If you cant find it.. leme know
I do cardio on a crosstrainer at max resistance setting.
speed about 4-5kmph
heart rate 70-75%*192=134-144
Calories per hour 2100
(I think the calorie count showed by the machine is messed up)
I used to be around 86kg, currently 78. Just need to lose another 4kg.
I'm 6'2" but don't have that much muscle yet. So gotta lose fat and replace that with muscle.
Regarding HIT
whats the high intensity part?
resistance? or speed?
or both?
What speed do u run at?
What kind of heart rate do you target for your workout and for how long?
I found the book u mentioned on 4shared. I think llcoolj also has some funky book on getting a 6 pack. Even he does a lot of running.
